Name something special you take with you when you travel to a race.

New socks. I always wear brand new socks on race day.

What’s the longest distance or time you’ve ever ridden on a bike?

RAW (Ride Across Wisconsin) Ride - 175 miles. (Thanks Trek!)

What is your best memory on the bike?

The first time I went on a bike tour. It was my first time on a road bike and I had never ridden long distances before. It was summer, the days were long, and I remember climbing mountain passes and feeling a sense of freedom and adventure that my body and two wheels had gotten me there. I would race downhill to try to be the first to camp each day, then wake up the next day and do it all over again. I loved it.
