Trixi Worrack, 37, is an established all-rounder who brings heaps of experience to Trek-Segafredo. She has been racing since her junior years and first jumped into the elite ranks in the year 2000. Trixi can climb, sprint, and time trial netting her results over a variety of races. Some of her most significant accolades include victory in Milan-Sanremo (Primavera Rosa), a silver medal at the 2006 World Championships road race, five successive World Championship Titles in the Team Time Trial with her respective teams (2012-2015 en 2018). In 2016, Trixi had a near career-ending injury when she fell on a descent in Trofeo Alfredo Binda and underwent emergency surgery to remove her left kidney. Trixi is in the twilight of her career and has altered her goals to be less result-oriented and more about mentoring teammates, something she really enjoys.
