Brett Rheeder wins Red Bull Rampage

One run was all Brett needed for victory while Tom Van Steenbergen took home the Best Trick award

Brett Rheeder’s nearly-perfect first run netted him the win in the iconic big-mountain freeride event Red Bull Rampage that took place in Virgin, Utah on October 26th while Tom Van Steenbergen claimed the Best Trick award for a flat drop backflip off a monstrous drop.

An elite group of 21 riders brought their best manmade lines to Utah on a new course in a test of audacity, skill, and creativity for the 13th edition of the Red Bull Rampage. When the dust had settled after the final rider had completed his second run, Rheeder – who opted not to try and better his incredible first performance – and his dig crew could boast their first win at Rampage.

Check out the following photos that beautifully capture the 2018 Red Bull Rampage, followed by the Red Bull video of Brett’s winning run.
