TFR Enduro struggle in Ainsa EWS

Katy, Casey and Ruaridh have tough go in Spain

It was a weekend to forget in Spain, with the team unable to put together a solid result. The riders may have struggled, but the views were awesome at the Ainsa round of the Enduro World Series.

Final tally for the team was an 11th for Katy Winton, 15th for Casey Brown, and 36th for Ruaridh Cunningham after  tough mechanical.

Katy Winton has had a solid and consistent season thus far, but was unable to find the form this weekend.

"Tough weekend for me. I wasn't operating at 100%. Body and mind weren't where I want or need them to be. Extremely disappointing as I've worked hard to make sure my body was recovered from all the big hits I've had this year and trained my butt off to be ready for these last two. It's a balance between life stress and training stress, sometimes the balance is out. Time for Finale :)"

Casey Brown joined the team for a weekend of racing, sliding into 15th.

Ruaridh Cunningham was looking to continue his good form, but suffered a rough hit on his wheel. Heroic efforts by the team mechanic got him back in the race for Sunday to finish 36th.
