Telenet- Baloise to become Baloise-Trek in 2021

Trek steps up to co-title sponsor of Belgian CX squad

Starting in 2021, Trek will take over the second spot on the jersey for Telenet-Baloise, which will become Baloise-Trek starting in January 1st of the new year. In addition to it’s enhanced support of the top-tier Lions program, Trek’s increased commitment will spur growth at the base of the Lion’s pyramid, growing the youth initiative currently inspiring a new generation of cyclists.

The team will continue to see riders like Lucinda Brand take on the CX World Cup

Needless to say, Sven Nys is stoked on the future of the team

Together with Baloise and Trek, we have enormous confidence in our team and the project that we are rolling out with our development pyramid. Together we want to keep building and fighting for this beautiful sport. The future is bright, especially with Shirin Van Anrooij and Thibau Nys who complement Toon Aerts and Lucinda Brand so well!

Thiabu Nys on the move!

Trek is ready to continue it’s support, and invest more in the sport and culture of cyclocross.

Trek is thrilled to strengthen its relationship with the Lions family. Sven Nys and his team are working incredibly hard to develop not only the top talent of cyclocross, but create a healthy culture around cycling. We couldn’t be happier to further our partnership, ensuring this valuable growth continues.
