Trek-Segafredo finished in 6th place in the opening team time trial.
A sixth place finish for Trek-Segafredo in the opening team time trial was not the result the team was hoping for, but a few mechanicals set the team back a little.
It was a hard and hot day and on top of this we had a few mechanicals. That was frustrating but we have to move on and keep positive - it's only the first stage. I felt well during the time trial and I feel ready for whatever comes.
