Austrian climber to continue representing Lidl-Trek through 2027
Lidl-Trek is pleased to announce that Patrick Konrad has signed a two-year contract extension that will see him race for the Team through 2027.
Since joining Lidl-Trek in 2024, the Austrian climber has proven himself to be a reliable and versatile asset — supporting the Team’s leaders across stage races while seizing his own opportunities when they arise. Konrad opened the 2025 season with strong top-10 overall finishes at the Tour Down Under and the UAE Tour, before playing a key role in Lidl-Trek’s outstanding Giro d’Italia campaign, which saw the Team collect six stage victories and the Ciclamino Jersey with Mads Pedersen.
