Poster Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Full Terms & Conditions

By participating in this giveaway, the participant expressly accepts the following Terms and Conditions.

Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is Trek Factory Racing B.V. , hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer“.

Eligibility & Exclusion

1. Participants must be natural persons and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2. The giveaway is open to participants worldwide. Exceptions: Residents of Italy, Canada, USA and Brasilia (due to local lottery regulations), as well as countries where such giveaways are prohibited by law, are excluded from participation (Void where prohibited).
3. Employees of the Organizer, the Lidl-Trek Team, and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation

1. The giveaway begins on 8^th July 2026 and ends on 12^th July 2026 at 23:59 CEST (Central European Summer Time).
2. To enter the giveaway, the participant must fulfill two conditions within the giveaway period:
   • Follow the official Instagram Team account @lidltrek.
   • Join Lidl-Trek’s Instagram Channel ‘Fresh From the Middle Aisle’
3. Automated entries, bots, or organized giveaway services are strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.

Prize & Winner Selection

1. The prize consists of 1 signed poster by a Mads Pedersen of Lidl-Trek.
2. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid comments using an automated random selection tool within 3 days after the giveaway ends.

Notification & Shipping

1. The winner will be notified exclusively via Instagram Direct Message (DM) by the account @lidltrek.
2. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, the claim to the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
3. Shipping of the prize is free of charge for the winner.
4. Important note for international shipping: Any local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees incurred in the destination country (outside the EU) are 100% the responsibility of the winner.

Data Protection

1. Any personal data collected during this giveaway (Instagram username, and in the event of a win, full name and postal address) will be used solely for the purpose of conducting and processing the giveaway (shipping).
2. All address data will be permanently deleted once the giveaway has been fully processed.

Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but the Organizer. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway must be directed to the Organizer, not to Instagram.

Choice of Law & Severability

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you participate as a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country at the time of participation, the application of mandatory legal provisions of that country shall remain unaffected by this choice of law. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should any individual provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
