Bauke
Mollema
One of the veterans of the Team, Bauke Mollema has been with Trek-Segafredo since 2015. He has an aptitude for the Grand Tours, finishing third in the Vuelta a España, his best result, in 2011. Bauke finished three times in the Top 10 in the Tour de France and twice in the Giro d'Italia. In 2016, Bauke was sitting in 2nd place and poised for the podium of the Tour when a crash in Stage 18 ended the dream. Bauke rebounded like a champion – taking an emotional victory in Clásica Ciclista San Sebastián one week later. Bauke won his first stage of the Tour in 2018 and added his most significant win in the Monument, Il Lombardia, in 2019. Bauke started his 10th Tour de France in 2020 but fractured his wrist in a crash in Stage 13 that ended his season. He returned a year later to capture his second Tour stage victory. Bauke's never-say-die attitude has captured many victories throughout his career and has won over many fans' hearts.
