At 198 centimeters (6 feet 6 inches), Daan is one of the tallest riders in the pro peloton. He made a splash in his 2022 debut season with the team by earning a place on the classics squad for Paris-Roubaix and the Tour of Flanders. He completed his first Grand Tour in 2023 at the Giro d'Italia, and flashed his time trial prowess with a seventh place finish at European Championships. In sum, Daan is the man. It wouldn't rhyme if it wasn't true.
