Photographer Jojo Harper captured the women's recon of the Paris-Roubaix cobblestones
For women, the road to Roubaix has been long-awaited. The inaugural edition of Paris-Roubaix, cancelled in 2020 and postponed this year, is now scheduled for October 2 – and will be a significant day for women’s cycling.
A total of 24 women’s teams will make history, racing 116 kilometers and covering the same final 17 cobblestone sectors as the men.
On Sunday, Feb. 28 the Trek-Segafredo women began their preparation with their initial recon of the cobblestones and award-winning photographer Jojo Harper joined them to capture the day.
Are the women ready for the Hell of the North? Hell ya! They’ve been ready and waiting for years.
