Lidl-Trek has landed in Barcelona but before the Tour de France action begins, we are welcoming you into the world (and mind!) of Juan Ayuso.

All Access is an intimate video series that gives unrivalled access to Lidl-Trek’s awesome athletes at some of the biggest and most pivotal moments of their year.

The next episode of the 2026 season is an in-depth look at Juan Ayuso’s season so far, his mindset ahead of the Tour de France and his connection to some of the race’s most iconic climbs.

Follow along as Juan and his Lidl-Trek teammates make their final preparations for ‘La Grand Boucle’.

I remember Andy [Schleck] racing against [Alberto] Contador, who was my idol then, and I think those were my first memories of the Tour de France and also when I really started to understand what was going on and how racing plays out.

In the final days before the Grand Depart of the 2026 Tour de France on his home soil, get to know Juan Ayuso!

From family holidays to watch his biggest cycling idols to how he has learned to love the process more, we delve deep into the mind of the young Spanish rising star.

As a kid, I have watched the Tour on the Tourmalet, I went to Alpe d'Huez and I remember I was taking photos with everything. I saw a a team car parked with no-one inside and I also took a photo with that.

When I was there watching it was something so far, it felt nearly impossible. You are nine or ten years old and you don't think of it becoming a reality but when I was around 15/16 years old, then I did think it could be possible in a far flung future.

PLUS we sat down with Deputy General Manager, Andy Schleck to discuss the pressure of the yellow jersey, the teamwork needed to win it and why he believes Juan has what it takes to stand on the podium in Paris.

Get your Lidl popcorn at the ready! 🍿
