Luca's impact at Trek stretches across the globe
Trek-Segafredo general manager Luca Guercilena is one of the most beloved people in the Trek ecosystem. Not only has he helped build the men’s and women’s road teams into podium contenders at every race they enter, but he is an upbeat and dogged ambassador for all things pertaining to riding bikes and having fun.
Recently, Luca announced that he has been diagnosed with lymphoma. To encourage him in his fight against the disease, employees at Trek offices around the world organized a tribute to Luca, standing together with “Forza Luca!” printed on their shirts.
