The annual Sea Otter Classic is one part race, one part trade show, one part bike industry showdown, and one part enigma. The HC race kicked off the show last Thursday, and was an early season test for some of the world’s best cross country talent. Representing the Trek Factory Racing crew was Ellen Noble and Emily Batty, both looking to test their form prior to the serious action in May. Emily would finish the race in 14th place, with Ellen coming home in 20th.
