Every up and down from Wilson's season racing as a World Champion
Reece Wilson entered 2021 wanting to prove that his 2020 World Championship in Leogang wasn’t just one special day in the mud. He succeeded by winning his first ever World Cup race in Snowshoe and finishing No. 5 in the World Cup overall, but to get there he had to battle mountainous expectations on his shoulders and setbacks like a massive crash in Les Gets.
Cameras captured almost every moment of his season, and on Sunday, Wilson premiered his new documentary ‘The Flying Scotsman,’ presented by Trek Factory Racing and 100%. Watch below, and relive a remarkable season.
Wilson will be racing in Lourdes this weekend in Round 1 of the DH World Cup, along with teammates Loris Vergier, Kade Edwards and Charlie Harrison.
