Linsey Corbin takes third in IM African Championships
Linsey Corbin made it count at the African Championships in South Africa this weekend when she took third in a strong field of competitors. In her own words,
"I had a great off-season and was pleased with my early season fitness and wanted to test it out at a Championship Ironman event. I put together a solid and honest race across all three disciplines to finish 3rd place."
" The Ironman South Africa course is a challenging one - brutal winds and the roads have a rough surface that really zaps the legs. I was happy with how my Speed Concept handled both of these challenges. Most importantly my finish gave me enough points to be qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii this October. I am looking forward to building upon this race as the 2018 season keeps rolling. Thanks for the support and providing me with the best bikes and gear out there!"
