Alex is one of the best lead-out riders in the WorldTour, with the frame, power and savvy to put sprinters in perfect position in the midst of chaos. Few riders are more selfless than Alex, helping to blaze the way for ascendent riders such as Mads Pedersen. He'll be pivotal once again to Lidl-Trek's sprint ambitions in 2025.
