Jasper
Stuyven
Jasper is the longest-tenured rider with Lidl-Trek, joining the debut iteration of Trek's road racing program in 2014. Since then, he has been a Classics and one-day dynamo, winning Stage 8 of the Vuelta a España (2015), Kuurne-Bruxelles-Kuurne (2016), two stages in the BinckBank Tour (2017, 2018), the general classification of the Deutschland Tour (2019) and Omloop Het Nieuwsblad (2020). He earned the crown jewel of his storied career thus far in 2021, when he went clear of the field with a late attack to win Milano-Sanremo. In 2023, he added a bit of offroading to the palmarès, winning the European Gravel Championship in Finland. When he’s not ripping it up on the road, Jasper can often be found making delicious candy at Chocolade Atelier Stuyven, a shop he co-owns with his uncle.
