Tayler Wiles began her professional career in 2011. She rode for UCI teams Specialized-lululemon, Orica-AIS, Velocio-SRAM, and UnitedHealthcare before joining the young Trek-Drops team in 2018 and moving into the newly established Trek-Segafredo team a year later. Tayler had one of her best seasons in 2019 and claimed her most significant win to date, soloing to victory in Stage 3 of the WorldTour race Emakumeen Bira. A hard worker, she is a valued teammate and leaves everything out on the road for the team's leaders. One of her strengths lies in the time trial, which has helped net her overall victories in the Tour of New Zealand (2015), Cycliste Féminin International de l'Ardèche (2015) and Tour of the Gila (2017).

What is your favorite family tradition?

We do a 5K run every Thanksgiving in the morning and then spend the rest of the day at my family's cabin in the mountains.

What advice would you give to your teenage self?

Don’t care so much about what other people think about you! Be confident!

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?

Stole golf carts with my friends in the middle of the night and drove them around town. We put them back don’t worry!
