Brett Rheeder comes into 2018 strong with a win
Brett’s 2018 season has started off in full speed with a win at the first stop of the Crankworx worldwide tour. The win came in the week’s marquee Slopestyle event.
The event had a weather delay after heavy Saturday rains, but it was all business on Sunday. In Brett’s own words,
"Yesterday’s final was amazing despite it being the worst forecast weather day. The clouds ended up breaking apart, sun came out and made for an insane final. My run went really good, pretty much landed everything perfectly. Felt amazing to pull a run like that top to bottom. Big shout out to Ryan Gaul and Andrew Shandro for supporting me throughout the week, keeping my bike tip top shape and being there through the highs and lows. It makes a big difference to have these guys around throughout the week."
