Brett Rheeder pushes the level higher with dominant performance
Always a competitor, Brett Rheeder never comes into a competition thinking of much except the top spot. At it’s best, this mentality can push the sport upward and to new creative heights. Fortunately for Brett, that was the case over this past weekend’s Crankworx Rotorua Slopestyle in memory of McGazza.
The final rounds would see a number of riders struggle to keep it all together. With the courses rising in difficulty, competitors are being challenged more than ever. The final results saw familiar faces, but new ones as well.
1st. Brett Rheeder 93.75
2nd. Thomas Lemoine 87.00
3rd. Alex Alanko 80.75
4th. Torquato Testa 78.00
5th. Lukas Knopf 77.25
The next stop for the Crankworx scene is beautiful Innsbruck, Austria from June 12-16. Tune in then to see the continuation of the Slopestyle competitions!
