Italian climber to leave Lidl-Trek at the end of the year
Following open and constructive conversations, Lidl-Trek and Gaia Realini have reached the mutual decision to part ways at the end of 2026 after four seasons together.
We want to express our gratitude to Gaia for all she has done for the team – including an unforgettable stage win at the La Vuelta Femenina in 2023 – and wish her all the best for what’s next.

After four years together - four precious years that have contributed so much to my personal growth and brought so many great emotions - we have decided that the time has come to go our separate ways.
