Brodie is the first professional Trek racer to have also earned a Trek-U qualification thanks to her past career working in a Trek store back home in Australia. She also spent a stint working as a bike courier in Brisbane before making the switch to racing bikes. Despite starting her professional racing career at a relatively late age (26), Brodie has racked up 10 career victories including GP Chambéry, Race Torquay and the 2023 Australian national road race title. She's equally great at attacking climbs and keeping the mood loose in the team. She is the definition of a great teammate.
