Jacopo's persistence, charm and all-around skillset have made him a staple of Lidl-Trek since 2019. He has finished all six Grand Tours he has started in his career, taking third on a stage of the Giro d'Italia in 2020. Jacopo gives 100 percent every time he's on a bike.

What is your best memory?
The first contract renewal at the end of 2019. It was the best proof of confidence I could have received from the team.
What advice would you give to your teenage self?
Getting to the top is a one-shot push but staying there is a daily challenge.
