In 2021, she won a U23 British cross country national championship to go with two junior XC and two junior cyclocross titles. In 2023, she added a *fourth* World Cup discipline to her resumé, taking on three elite downhill World Cup races, which included a fifth place finish in Mont-Sainte-Anne to close the season. Hattie is a product of T-Mo Racing, where she learned under the tutelage of the great Tracy Moseley. The influence shows. Hattie's come up has been extraordinary to watch!

Questions /
Answers

What hooked you to dig into moutain biking?

I tried it with a couple friends and loved it. Then my local cycling club, Malvern Cycle Sport, kept encouraging me to ride. Now, I get to go back and help teach kids at the club during the summer.

How is it to have Tracy Moseley as a mentor?

We get on really well and she has helped me in so many ways. I admire her composed and smooth riding style.

What do you like to do when you're not on a bike?

I spend a lot of time cooking. One of my favorite meals to cook for my parents and brothers is a chicken, leek, and ham pie, and I like to put a healthier twist on the recipe.
