Thank you Chris!

Chris Hauser flashed a lot of potential in 2025

Chris Hauser is parting ways with Trek after two years racing on a Session — first as part of the devo team The Union, then as a first-year elite for Trek Factory Racing. He brought a cheer and style that will be incredibly missed. We wish him all the best at the races next season.

Hauser broke out in 2023 with a World Cup win and two World Cup podiums as a Junior. Injuries derailed his last season as a Junior in 2024, but he showed tantalizing flashes again as an Elite in 2025, finishing as high as 16th at the World Cup round in Loudenvielle and World Championships in Valais, and taking fourth at European Championships in Spain.

“Riding a Trek and being on the team, it’s been a huge part of my growth as a rider,” Hauser said. “It’s been a good season considering I was in my first year as an Elite, with some good results that I was really happy with. But all of this couldn’t have been possible without such good support and great people around me.”

Hauser is just 19 years old heading into 2026. We can’t wait to see what he does next.

“A huge thanks goes to Ben, my mechanic, for keeping the rig ready to rip at every round, and also helping me a lot even when I wasn’t on the bike!” Hauser said. “I’m definitely bummed not to be on the team for next year, but it’s not the end. Things are going to change next year, but I will be at the races ready to give it all I have, and I’ll forever be grateful for the great people I’ve gotten to know on the team!”
