Cross country team races into 2020

World Cup XC squad sends it into a busy year

2020 is already off and running for the cross country MTB scene. With a busy year on the schedule, highlighted by big goals for the whole team in July, many riders are already off to the races. This past week Emily Batty, Jolanda Neff, Evie Richards, and Stephane Tempier came together for a full week of training, and finished it off with a race in Banyoles, Spain. The final member of the team, Anton Cooper, continues his training in New Zealand, joining up with the team later this spring.

Have a look at the new team kit, bike, and imagery from a busy and fun team camp in Girona, Spain!

Jolanda Neff with the new 2020 Supercaliber

Emily Batty is ready for 2020 that has big goals in July

Team camp was a great time to focus on new bike setup and breaking in new kit

Jolanda Neff is back in action after an off season injury

it's still going to be a bit before we see Jolanda in full race mode, as the current focus is training and recovery

Stephane Tempier joins the team and is motivated for more podiums in 2020

Stephane will also look to drop into a big race this summer, in July, in Asia

Evie Richards makes the jump to the elite level this year, and will look to continue her excellent form all year

Not surprisingly, Evie also has goals in July, and will look to balance her first top level World Cup season with July's aspirations

Anton Cooper wasn't able to join team camp, but continued his preparation for the season in his native New Zealand

If Anton had been at camp, we think he would look quite similar to how he looked at the Snowshoe World Cup
